Rates
Regular* Season - Daily - $130 +tax per night
Weekly - $750 + tax for seven nights
*Regular Season is March thru November
Tax is 10% (5% Damascus lodging tax and 5% VA sales tax)
**These rates are guaranteed through December 2010**
Reservations
After you contact us with the dates you want to reserve we will hold your reservation for 5 days. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of half of the rental charge.
If you must cancel your reservation the following policies apply:
- Up to 14 days prior to your reservation - Deposit is fully refundable.
- 6-13 days prior to your reservation - Deposit is held and can be used toward another stay within six months.
- 1-5 days prior to your reservation - Deposit is not refundable, nor can it be used toward another stay.
Payment
Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, check or money order. US Dollars only please.
Other Policies
Check - In: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11am
Daily maid service is not available. Fresh towels are available upon request.
Smoking is not permitted.
While we love pets we are unable to accommodate them at this time.
Tent camping is not permitted on the property.
